Join without an invite code

New users no longer need a referral code to start trading. Connect a wallet, deposit, and trade — that's it.

One reusable referral code, unlimited uses

Instead of one-time invite codes, every user now has a single reusable referral code that can be shared with unlimited new users. Referral codes are now optional — but still worth sharing and entering:

• Referrers earn 10% of their referees' points, additive — your referees lose nothing.
• New users can enter a code from the "Have a referral code?" option when connecting a wallet, or simply join through a referral link.

Unlimited DLP vault deposits

The points-tier deposit cap on the Decibel Liquidity Provider (DLP) vault is gone. Previously, your AMPs tier limited how much of your trading balance you could contribute to the DLP vault — now you can deposit any amount, regardless of points.

Capital efficiency unlocked. You can now enable your DLP shares as collateral for perpetual positions — so the same balance earns vault yield and margins your trades.

Two return streams, one deposit

• Passive: DLP keeps accruing protocol fees and backstop liquidation income while it sits in your account.
• Active: That same DLP value counts toward the margin behind your perp positions — no need to choose between depositing into the vault and trading.

10% collateral haircut

Only 90% of your DLP NAV counts toward margin. The 10% haircut is a buffer against vault NAV moves and shared liquidation risk — your DLP collateral can be partially or fully liquidated if your positions move hard against you.

How to enable it

Open the Collateral tab in the trade page (next to Balances), toggle Enable as Collateral on your DLP balance, and acknowledge the risks. Your DLP value (after the 10% haircut) flows into your available margin immediately. Manage it any time from the same tab.

How to earn tickets

• Connect your wallet and enroll a subaccount. Only volume traded on your enrolled subaccount counts — your enrolled subaccount is locked for the duration of the campaign, so pick your primary one.
• First ticket at $1K weekly volume. Every additional $50K of volume earns another ticket ($50K, $100K, $150K …), capped at 20 tickets per week.
• Tickets reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Each week is a fresh start.
• AMPs still accrue as normal. Card Vault tickets and AMPs run in parallel — no tradeoff.

Weekly cadence

• Wednesday 17:00 UTC — the week's pack is revealed, and the designated weekly prize card is announced.
• Sunday 17:00 UTC — winners are drawn from all enrolled users with ≥1 ticket that week. More tickets = better odds, but even 1 ticket can win.
• Past winners stay eligible for every remaining week as long as they keep earning tickets.

Winners have 7 days to claim via Courtyard — keep it vaulted as a digital collectible or redeem for physical shipping.

Trade Decibel with AI — the Decibel MCP Server is here.

The Decibel CLI can now run as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, giving AI assistants like Claude direct access to your Decibel trading account.

What you can do:

• Place and cancel orders — limit orders with time-in-force (GTC, post-only, IOC), market orders with slippage control, and advanced order types like TWAP. Supports reduce-only mode and client order IDs for tracking
• Monitor positions and balances — view open positions, open orders, trading account value, and margin info
• Check markets — fetch prices, funding rates, open interest, order book depth, and available market configurations
• Manage risk — set leverage with cross or isolated margin, and use reduce-only orders to safely close positions

A lot has shipped since Mainnet launch. Here's everything new on Decibel.

Cross-Chain & Wallet Support

• Sui is now a supported cross-chain account. Deposit, withdraw, and manage collateral from Sui wallets — joining Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Arbitrum.
• WalletConnect support for both EVM and Solana wallets. Connect your preferred wallet app for cross-chain deposits and withdrawals.
• Solana auto-claim withdrawals. CCTP withdrawals to Solana now auto-claim — no manual claim step required. Progress is shown directly in the withdrawal timeline.
• Stranded USDC prompt. If you have USDC sitting on another chain, the trade page now prompts you to deposit it cross-chain.
• Transfer status visible everywhere. The transfer progress card now appears across all pages, not just the trade page.

Trading Experience

• Hourly funding rates. Funding now accrues and settles every hour instead of every 8 hours, giving you more granular cost management. A countdown timer in the market header shows time to next settlement.
• TP/SL lines on chart. Take-profit and stop-loss levels are now drawn directly on the TradingView chart for both full-position and fixed-size TP/SL orders.
• Grouped trade history. The Trade History tab now groups individual fills under their parent order, so you see trades — not fragments.
• Instant close. A new "Instant Close" option in the position close dropdown executes a market close immediately, skipping the confirmation modal.
• Redesigned mobile trade page. A fully rebuilt mobile trading experience with a more compact layout.
• 5 trade screen layouts. Choose from Default, Orderbook Left, Order Form Left, Compact Left, or Chart Full — your layout persists across sessions.
• Compact trading tables. Positions, orders, and trade history tables are tighter with left-aligned columns for easier scanning.
• Deeper orderbook. More price levels visible by default, and the mobile orderbook now shows bids on the left to match convention.

Vaults

• Redesigned vault deposit and withdraw cards. Cleaner layout with better clarity on locked vs. withdrawable balances.
• DLP Shares in balances tab. Your DLP share balance is now visible in the Balances tab. Aptos wallet users can deposit and withdraw DLP directly from here.
• Vault PnL now includes fee income. The PnL chart and account overview now reflect backstop liquidation fee distributions, giving vault depositors a more accurate picture of returns.
• APR display. Vault performance shown as annualized return with explanatory tooltips.
• Vault table sorting. Sort vaults by any column — your preference persists in the URL.

Campaign Rewards

• Maker fee rebate and liquidation rebate campaigns are live. Eligible traders receive USDC rebates — 25% of maker fees paid, and 50% of liquidation losses (capped at $1,000 per account).
• In-app claim notification. A claim popup appears when you have unclaimed campaign rewards. Claim your USDC directly from the notification — no separate page needed.

For Builders

• Gas Station templates. Sponsor gas fees for your users so they never need to hold APT. Download templates and follow the setup guide in our docs.
• New public API endpoints: GET /api/v1/orderbook, GET /api/v1/contracts, and GET /api/v1/contract_specs.
